What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines and talent pools.
- Manage high-touch candidate relationships, effectively communicating the client value proposition and managing expectations.
- Conduct competency-based telephone screenings and candidate assessments for professional and technical roles.
- Collaborate with onsite solutions teams to deliver results within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities for sourcing strategies and process effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate detailed reporting and analytics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of solid experience in a recruiter function (in-house, client on-site, or agency).
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing techniques and Google X-ray.
- Proficiency in verbal and written business English.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with end-to-end candidate management and ATS proficiency.
- Proven ability to identify potential obstacles and proactively communicate them to clients.
