What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and market data.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and social media.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from ATS review to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing plans.
• Prepare and coach candidates for interviews and provide timely status updates.
• Ensure strict adherence to OFCCP and other compliance standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or business strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
