What you will do
- Identify and engage top IT talent using social media, professional networking sites, and job boards.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies for specific IT roles.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to target passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Track sourcing metrics and drive operational efficiencies within a high-volume recruiting environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of IT talent sourcing experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years of experience.
- 5 years of combined IT sourcing experience specifically for US roles across Corporate, Agency, or RPO.
- English: Native or C1 (Advanced) proficiency required.
- Must be based in Mexico or Costa Rica and legally authorized to work there without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience using Workday for recruiting and sourcing.
- Experience as an IT Talent Sourcer in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Advanced expertise with Boolean search strings and complex search methods.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruiting CRMs, and other HR software.
