What you will do
- Lead drafting and negotiation of a broad range of agreements including MSAs, SaaS terms, NDAs, and data processing addenda.
- Own deals end-to-end from initial redline through signature, acting as the primary legal contact.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to shepherd transactions to completion.
- Provide day-to-day commercial legal support and business-focused advice to the sales organization.
- Define and implement scalable processes and technologies to deliver efficient legal support.
- Support continuous improvement of standard form agreements and internal legal contracting workflows.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Qualification to practice in at least one EU, UK, or US jurisdiction.
- Demonstrable experience with SaaS agreements, technology licensing, and strategic channel deals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and maturity.
- Must be based remotely in the EU.
Nice to have
- In-house experience at a technology company.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and information security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Specific experience with US government contracting.
