What you will do

• Identify and target new accounts, industries, and markets.
• Negotiate complex deals with significant terms and conditions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for large accounts and achieve revenue targets.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics; provide comprehensive sales reports to management.
• Conduct outbound activities (emails, LinkedIn, networking) and manage relationships with key/high-value accounts.
• Develop tailored solutions to address customer challenges and needs.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in strategic sales planning and execution for large accounts.
• Strong capability in complex, high-stakes negotiation.
• Advanced sales analytics skills to interpret and leverage sales data.
• Experience with account management and growing high-value customer relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, including Salesforce.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC and/or Challenger sales methodology (plus).

Nice to have

• Experience selling GRC solutions.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior sales team members.
