What you will do

• Prepare general ledger transactions and supporting reconciliations accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
• Manage a timely and accurate financial close process for assigned areas.
• Analyze monthly fluctuations and communicate material variances to management.
• Support annual financial audits and maintain transaction files.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and policy updates.

Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting.
• 1-3 years of general ledger accounting experience.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and quality control concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills and aptitude for technology.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
