What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client engagements, ensuring measurable business outcomes like revenue growth and cost reduction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders on technology strategy and AI adoption.
• Define future-state roadmaps by assessing current platforms, data, and architecture.
• Orchestrate small, high-leverage teams consisting of client leaders, architects, and AI facilitators.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, generate insights, and improve decision-making workflows.
• Drive business growth by identifying expansion opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or product leadership.
• Proven background as a senior consultant or technology leader (CTO, Head of Engineering).
• Strong ability to connect business strategy with technical architecture and data decisions.
• Experience leading complex transformations or large-scale platform initiatives.
• High EQ with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence without authority.
• Must be based in Singapore.
