What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements for Certified Agent deployments, from discovery to launch.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align agentic automation with business goals and KPIs.
• Design and configure AI-enabled workflows, ensuring robust governance and risk controls.
• Create repeatable playbooks, templates, and documentation to scale delivery quality.
• Mentor team members on prompting standards, troubleshooting, and implementation best practices.
• Monitor post-launch adoption and identify opportunities for expansion and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS professional services, implementation, or technical consulting.
• Proven experience delivering AI-enabled automation or agents in production environments.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Expertise in process mapping, solution design, and translating ambiguous requirements into scalable models.
• Deep understanding of prompt design, guardrail configuration, and iterative AI optimization.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, SAP, etc.) and iPaaS.
• Consulting background from Big 4 or similar professional services firms.
• Change management experience including adoption and enablement programs.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile.
