What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to translate technical AI capabilities into practical business use cases.
• Develop adoption strategies, communication plans, and learning materials to accelerate user engagement.
• Define and track key adoption metrics and user engagement indicators to measure program success.
• Ensure AI adoption aligns with governance, compliance, and risk management requirements in regulated industries.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, or change management.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in banking, financial services, or insurance.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of new technologies or AI-driven solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for engaging executives and diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and a strong understanding of AI-driven business transformation.
• Must be based in the United States.
