What you will do
- Lead global, cross-functional teams to deliver complex retail technology transformation projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning project delivery with their specific business outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for managers within engagements.
- Drive team efficiency and product quality through deep expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Manage program roadmaps, including feature delivery, release cadence, and deployment governance.
- Establish program KPIs, ROI models, and provide executive-level reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in product development.
- 8+ years of program management experience in large-scale retail technology transformations.
- 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Executive-level English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated experience in designing deployment strategies and managing AI-driven operational improvements.
Nice to have
- Relevant professional certifications in product development or Agile practices.
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
