Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in product development.
• 8+ years of program management experience in large-scale retail technology transformations.
• 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Executive-level English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated experience in designing deployment strategies and managing AI-driven operational improvements.
