Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States. This is a fully remote role with an optional hybrid component for those living near hirify.global offices.

Salary: $144,000–$200,000

What you will do

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of the AP Course Roadmap across the division.
  • Oversee end-to-end content production and product readiness for new and revised AP courses.
  • Design and implement divisional governance structures, decision-rights frameworks, and accountability measures.
  • Manage a team of approximately 15 staff responsible for content production and product management.
  • Partner with technology leadership to align content roadmaps with digital product development.
  • Oversee a multi-million dollar program budget and ensure effective resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • 10-15 years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or product development.
  • Proven executive leadership experience driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in establishing governance structures, scalable workflows, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong fluency with emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools.
  • Ability to travel 6-8 times a year to hirify.global offices.
