Salary: $144,000–$200,000

What you will do
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the AP Course Roadmap across the division.
- Oversee end-to-end content production and product readiness for new and revised AP courses.
- Design and implement divisional governance structures, decision-rights frameworks, and accountability measures.
- Manage a team of approximately 15 staff responsible for content production and product management.
- Partner with technology leadership to align content roadmaps with digital product development.
- Oversee a multi-million dollar program budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- 10-15 years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or product development.
- Proven executive leadership experience driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep expertise in establishing governance structures, scalable workflows, and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong fluency with emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools.
- Ability to travel 6-8 times a year to offices.
