Salary: $60-75/hour base + up to 5% quarterly Mission Bonus

What you will do

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12 students and school staff.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and school health professionals in interdisciplinary care teams.
• Build trusted relationships with school leadership to develop strategies for improved mental health services.
• Support students and families with transition to community care providers.
• Provide clinical supervision to other care team members if qualified.

Requirements

• Active independent license in Virginia (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD/PsyD).
• Must be based in the United States.
• At least two years of experience delivering mental health services to children and youth via telehealth.
• Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing.
• Ability to work during and after school hours (e.g., 3-8 pm Eastern Time, Saturdays).
• Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience with parent guidance.
• Qualified to provide clinical supervision in Virginia.
• Active NPI number and CAQH credentialing.
