What you will do

• Investigate and resolve clinically related patient complaints, coordinating across radiology and provider teams for timely resolution.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify systemic vulnerabilities and translate findings into actionable interventions.
• Design and implement targeted quality improvement (QI) projects to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
• Manage the internal incident reporting system, ensuring regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
• Prepare monthly quality and safety reports for leadership, highlighting trends and strategic opportunities.
• Serve as a Just Culture champion, conducting training for staff to promote psychological safety and transparent reporting.

Requirements

• Current and valid multi-state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an active clinical setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in clinical quality, patient safety, or risk management.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong proficiency in remote communication tools, including Slack, Google Workspace, and video conferencing.

• Experience in MRI services, radiology, or oncology.
