What you will do

• Own the end-to-end RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire response strategy from intake to submission.
• Draft and refine initial answers to technical, functional, and business questions.
• Sourcing and validating inputs from subject-matter experts across Sales, Product, Legal, and Security.
• Maintain and improve a scalable knowledge base of approved answers using RFP software.
• Partner with GTM leadership to track and improve RFP win rates and turnaround times.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing RFPs or proposals in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple complex deliverables under tight timelines.
• Systems-minded approach to optimizing workflows and documentation.
