What you will do

• Manage customer implementation projects from kickoff through post-go-live.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Customer Engineers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, setting expectations and building relationships.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
• Identify project risks and dependencies early to implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 2-4 years of experience in client-facing project management, onboarding, or technical implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfort discussing technical concepts like APIs and data mapping.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, retail systems, or logistics technology.
• CAPM or similar project management certification.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Rocketlane.
