Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada (typically in office four days per week)
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 base + variable compensation

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for upmarket and enterprise customers from kickoff to launch.
- Architect scalable integrations using APIs, webhooks, data feeds, and platform-specific logic.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to define solution architecture across various eCommerce platforms.
- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Deliver technical training and enablement sessions to ensure strong product adoption.
- Partner with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams to optimize the implementation process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, webhooks, and data flow integrations.
- Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento 2, BigCommerce, or SFCC.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be based in Toronto and able to work in-office 4 days per week.

- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of headless commerce or custom architecture.
- Experience with data migration.
- Executive-level stakeholder engagement experience.
