What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects by managing detailed timelines and ensuring transparent communication.
• Coordinate deliverables and dependencies across Technical Solutions, GIS, and Development teams.
• Mentor and coach Implementation Consultants through regular check-ins and project reviews.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and difficult project situations.
• Monitor overall project health to proactively identify risks, resource conflicts, and capacity issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 3+ years of experience in software implementations, client onboarding, or project management.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or leading peers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Comfort working with data in Excel and an eagerness to leverage AI tools.
• Ability to balance individual client delivery with team support and leadership responsibilities.
