Implementation Consultants

Location: Remote, Canada; travel is required for online and in-person client training and presentations.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects and manage detailed implementation timelines.
• Coordinate communication, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones across Technical Solutions, GIS, Development, and client teams.
• Execute data migration workflows, including cleansing, validation, transformation, and import using Excel and AI-powered tools.
• Deliver product training and presentations to transportation directors, route planners, and other stakeholders.
• Guide clients through change management and identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and data quality.

Requirements

• Experience with software implementations, client onboarding, or similar project management work.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Comfort working with data in Excel and willingness to use AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Passion for customer experience and helping clients succeed.
• Ability to travel for in-person training and presentations.
