What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects and manage detailed project timelines.
• Coordinate across Technical Solutions, GIS, and Development teams to ensure milestone alignment.
• Execute data migration workflows including cleansing, validating, and transforming client data.
• Conduct product training and presentations for transportation stakeholders.
• Guide clients through change management and leverage AI tools to streamline implementation processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Prior experience in software implementations, client onboarding, or project management.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with data in Excel and eagerness to leverage AI tools.
• Passion for customer experience and client success.
