Sr. Product Manager, Upstream Filtration Systems

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States; ability to travel globally up to 20% is required.

Base salary: $125,000–$160,000 per year, plus eligibility for variable cash programs and, for eligible roles, equity.

What you will do

• Lead the upstream filtration product portfolio, including ATF and TFDF controllers, hardware, software, and accessories.
• Develop product strategies and manage the product lifecycle to support year-over-year growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Support global sales with product positioning, sales tools, training, competitive analysis, and field support.
• Drive commercial strategies and launches for new products while developing pricing, discounting, and demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, manufacturing, operations, support, applications, quality, supply chain, and R&D.
• Track business KPIs and resolve customer technical questions, inquiries, complaints, and product performance issues.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in engineering or science; an MBA is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial product management, business management, or sales and marketing.
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic, tactical, and analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to take initiative, hold team members accountable, and obtain cross-departmental support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware, equipment, and filtration operations in bioprocessing.
• MBA.
