Location: Hybrid (Must be based in San Diego or South San Francisco, USA)

Salary: $23 — $27 per hour

What you will do

• Clean, standardize, and structure datasets across demand forecasts, inventory, and commercial sales inputs.
• Support the development of data pipelines for S&OP reporting and modeling.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies within the supply chain.
• Build basic dashboards and reporting views using Tableau, Looker, or Excel.
• Assist in creating early-stage model inputs for predictive forecasting and AI initiatives.
• Document data definitions, assumptions, and transformation logic.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed an MBA or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with structured datasets and Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Diego or South San Francisco offices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Interest in forecasting, planning, and data-driven decision making.
