TL;DR

Operations Data Analyst (Healthcare): Supporting day-to-day data and reporting for the outbound Care Advocate team with an accent on operational performance tracking and reporting infrastructure. Focus on analyzing contact center metrics, building BI dashboards, and translating data findings into actionable insights for leadership.

Location: Hybrid (Dallas, TX) - 3x in office/week

What you will do

• Pull and organize operational data from CRM systems, dialer platforms, and contact center tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking contact rates, conversion, call volume, and advocate productivity.
• Analyze team and individual performance to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity.
• Develop reporting infrastructure, tracking tools, and spreadsheets to support program operations.
• Translate complex data findings into clear summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to align reporting with program goals and performance standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
• 2–3 years of experience in a data, reporting, or operations support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
• Experience with CRM systems or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in contact center or healthcare operations.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or emerging analytics technologies.
