What you will do

• Analyze viewership data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Utilize Tableau and Domo to visualize CNBC's performance against key competitors and KPIs.
• Synthesize diverse data sets, including Nielsen ratings, to isolate trends from sample noise.
• Forecast linear and non-linear viewership during key estimate cycles.
• Collaborate with programming, marketing, communications, and finance teams to expand network reach.
• Develop automated and creative approaches to audience insights and data visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science).
• 4+ years of experience in audience research for a media company, streaming service, or advertising agency.
• Expertise working with Nielsen Systems (NPower, NNTV).
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Domo, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with digital video reporting tools such as YouTube Analytics and Adobe.
• Must be based in New York to satisfy the hybrid office requirement.

• Ability to manipulate and visualize data using SQL, Python, or R.
