What you will do
- Own the team forecast, track leading indicators, and drive accountability for quarterly performance.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop seasoned enterprise sales talent to support market scaling.
- Execute regional enterprise strategy in collaboration with product, marketing, and customer success leadership.
- Guide the team in managing pipeline quality, prioritizing high-value deals, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Provide targeted individual and group coaching to improve sales execution and skill sets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Solutions Engineering, Finance, and Legal to run tight enterprise account motions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise or strategic sales teams in SaaS.
- 6+ years of enterprise selling experience into Fortune 5000 accounts with a consistent track record.
- Fluency in sales metrics, pipeline management, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in MEDDPICC and Command the Message methodologies.
- Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and navigating complex, multi-threaded deals.
- Practical interest in using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in MarTech, CRM, or e-commerce sectors.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs and consumer behavior.
