What you will do

• Receive, process, and package incoming and outgoing shipments, including hazardous materials documentation.
• Perform surface decontamination of clinically used equipment returned to the depot.
• Restock inventory, perform cycle counts, and maintain physical inventory records.
• Log all package movements in the SAP system.
• Maintain the loading dock area and manage the procurement of shipping supplies.
• Pick and post parts for service orders and assist sales representatives with transit inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in a shipping and/or receiving role.
• Proficiency with shipping software like UPS World Ship or FedEx.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use hand and small power tools for equipment disassembly and crating.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
