What you will do

• Manage day-to-day carrier performance across inbound and outbound transportation and track KPIs.
• Partner with the VP of Shipping on pricing negotiations, rebates, and service terms.
• Lead initiatives to reduce delays, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize the carrier mix.
• Support global trade compliance, ensuring documentation and processes align with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate shipping initiatives across US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Manage and develop a Shipping Analyst.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience managing operational performance or working with transportation providers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with international shipping and global trade compliance concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive execution based on data.
• Early people management or mentorship experience preferred.
