What you will do

• Lead reverse logistics strategy, including returns, refurbishment, and redistribution planning.
• Drive end-to-end planning across demand, supply, inventory, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Apply predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy and inventory positioning.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and implement corrective actions via root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting and dashboards for business insights.
• Partner with commercial, finance, and manufacturing teams to improve service levels and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, or related supply chain functions.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, predictive analytics, and large-scale data management.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with reverse logistics and global supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with SQL or relational databases.
• APICS, CPIM, Lean, or similar certifications.
• Background in an innovation-focused or manufacturing environment.
