What you will do

• Write high-impact headlines, taglines, and brand-level copy to define the company's global presence.
• Develop long-form product narratives and web copy that translate complex AI infrastructure into clear stories.
• Shape the narrative for sales and investor decks to ensure a cohesive brand voice.
• Draft press releases, executive communications, and earned media materials.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate copy and design seamlessly.
• Develop and maintain the overall brand identity and voice guidelines for the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years of copywriting experience in brand, marketing, editorial, or agency settings.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating range across headlines, long-form product copy, and decks.
• Strong ability to distill complex technical input into a clear, human story.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in the San Francisco, CA office.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Experience writing for deep-tech companies (AI, infrastructure, defense, hardware).
• Experience collaborating with executives on speeches, op-eds, or thought leadership.
