What you will do

• Produce content across various formats including newsletters, blog posts, social media, case studies, and launch announcements.
• Research and develop thought leadership on AI and the home services industry.
• Edit internal company content to sharpen voice and clarity without removing the author's personality.
• Partner with Marketing and Comms on strategic campaigns, events, and initiatives.
• Experiment with new content formats such as founder spotlights and data-driven reports.
• Maintain and refine editorial standards and processes as the company scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional writing experience in journalism, editorial, marketing, or tech.
• A diverse portfolio demonstrating the ability to write both technical and human-centric content.
• Proven ability to simplify complex ideas for a broad audience.
• Experience collaborating with executives and subject-matter experts to develop content.
• Strong editing instincts and project management capabilities.
• Must be based in San Francisco for full-time on-site work.
