What you will do

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for all content and AI-related project work streams.
• Establish and maintain content governance frameworks, taxonomies, and metadata standards.
• Define safety protocols and compliance requirements for AI/LLM use in regulated environments.
• Audit existing digital assets and implement automated processes for content discovery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Creative, SEO, and Content teams.
• Monitor AI performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content management strategy, operations, or technical content architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with AI/GenAI in heavily regulated industries (government, finance, or healthcare).
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder) to obtain Level 2 Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CMS platforms, and taxonomy/metadata management.
• Strong background in technical content strategy rather than editorial or copywriting.
• Ability to navigate complex, bureaucratic, and highly regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable and Figma.
• CMS auditing experience.
