What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy and narrative to establish the company as a leader in AI and insurance.
• Produce high-quality content across various formats, including blogs, newsletters, research reports, and customer case studies.
• Build and manage thought leadership programs for executives and subject matter experts, including ghostwriting and performance tracking.
• Lead SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) initiatives to increase discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search engines.
• Experiment with new content formats and channels using data to refine investment and prioritization decisions.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research and production while maintaining high editorial standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or thought leadership.
• Proven track record of building scalable content systems rather than just creating individual assets.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Experience creating content that drives measurable business outcomes like demand generation and pipeline influence.
• Strong ghostwriting capabilities and the ability to adapt voice and tone for different stakeholders.
• Must be based in Canada
