Salary: $110,000 – $135,000

What you will do

• Design and refine AI-powered content workflows for blogs, emails, social media, and help centers.
• Create brand training materials, prompt libraries, and style guides to align AI tools with brand voice.
• Build self-service templates and workflows using tools like Zapier or Make to enable the marketing team.
• Produce high-quality brand content and visual designs for key launches and campaigns.
• Manage and QA output from external creative partners and contractors.
• Define and maintain hirify.global's brand voice, tone, and visual standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, brand, or creative roles.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong brand sensibility and visual design skills (Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite).
• Deep expertise in AI content tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt engineering.
• Experience building repeatable workflows and automation via Zapier or Make.
• Must be based in the US (excluding D.C. and Hawaii).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent workflows or multi-agent content systems.
• Background in hospitality, travel, or marketplace industries.
