TL;DR

Client Success Lead (Fintech): Managing and growing strategic partnerships with merchant partners to drive revenue and GMV expansion with an accent on relationship management and commercial contract negotiation. Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $110,000 - $187,500 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts across various industries to foster long-term relationships.
  • Drive incremental gross merchandise value (GMV) and revenue through proactive client management strategies.
  • Lead contract renewals, pricing updates, and account expansions.
  • Analyze merchant performance to recommend product adoption and marketing best practices.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Analytics, Credit, Technical, Marketing, and Product to improve offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience, preferably in a high-tech environment.
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing commercial contracts such as RFPs and renewals.
  • Strong analytical abilities to review merchant performance and report impact to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
