Visual Design Lead (AI)

Location: Must be based in or within commuting distance to New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, or San Francisco (expected to attend office at least 3 days per week)

What you will do

• Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual identity systems for web and digital channels.
• Lead the execution of brand identities, websites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
• Develop and maintain scalable brand guidelines and digital design systems.
• Create high-fidelity layouts and templates for web, presentation, and campaign work.
• Collaborate with web developers to ensure design intent is realized in the final build.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers through critique and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a design or advertising agency.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing paid social, digital marketing, UI/UX, and campaign work.
• Experience exploring or designing with generative AI.
• BA degree.
• Work authorization: Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
