What you will do

• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and facilitate workshops with HR professionals and employees to validate features.
• Create research plans and methodologies that align with product development cycles and business objectives.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and translate them into Figma wireframes.
• Collaborate with the design systems team to ensure research-validated patterns are documented and scalable.
• Present findings to stakeholders and partner with product and engineering teams for implementation.
• Build and maintain research repositories to evolve the company's research practice.

Requirements

• Must be based in and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in UX design with demonstrated user research capabilities.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Experience researching enterprise software users, particularly in the HR or management domain.
• Ability to synthesize complex research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with HCM, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and prompt engineering for research.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and inclusive design practices.
• Background in statistical analysis or quantitative research methods.
• Understanding of modern frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics).
