TL;DR
UX/UI Designer (HR Tech): Designing and optimizing the Human Capital Management application with an accent on evidence-based product decisions and user research. Location: Remote (Must be based in and authorized to work in the U.S.)

What you will do
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and facilitate workshops with HR professionals and employees to validate features.
- Create research plans and methodologies that align with product development cycles and business objectives.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and translate them into Figma wireframes.
- Collaborate with the design systems team to ensure research-validated patterns are documented and scalable.
- Present findings to stakeholders and partner with product and engineering teams for implementation.
- Build and maintain research repositories to evolve the company's research practice.
Requirements
- Must be based in and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design with demonstrated user research capabilities.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
- Experience researching enterprise software users, particularly in the HR or management domain.
- Ability to synthesize complex research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Nice to have
- Experience with HCM, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS products.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and prompt engineering for research.
- Knowledge of accessibility principles and inclusive design practices.
- Background in statistical analysis or quantitative research methods.
- Understanding of modern frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics).
