What you will do

• Develop high-quality digital assets for web, eCommerce, and paid media, including Amazon PDPs and A+ content.
• Create performance-driven creative for paid social, display, and acquisition campaigns.
• Support UI/UX initiatives, including landing pages, wireframes, and responsive web experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate scientific briefs into on-brand visual solutions.
• Maintain and evolve digital brand consistency and design systems across a multi-brand portfolio.
• Provide occasional support for motion assets (GIFs, short-form video) and light print collateral.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Westwood, CA
• 5+ years of digital design experience, ideally in wellness, health tech, CPG, or DTC eCommerce.
• Strong foundation in layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Proven experience designing for eCommerce and performance marketing platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon).

Nice to have

• Basic motion design skills using After Effects or similar tools.
• Experience with light video editing, photo retouching, and compositing.
• Understanding of performance metrics and their impact on conversion.
• Experience working in regulated industries like pharma or supplements.
