What you will do

• Manage day-to-day delivery operations to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements.
• Promote Agile values and establish effective governance, including ticket descriptions, metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and resource allocation across multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate between technical teams (Developers and QA) and stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers to develop professional talent and standardize processes.
• Collaborate with business development teams to engage and secure prospective clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Jose, Costa Rica.
• 5+ years of experience managing digital projects such as site builds, ecommerce, and marketing campaigns.
• Mastery of Project Management Methodologies (PMI), Agile development, and Risk Management.
• Expertise in project finance, pipeline planning, forecasting, and roadmapping.
• Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• English: Intermediate proficiency (B2) required.

Nice to have

• PMP, SCRUM Master, or Six Sigma certification.
• Master's degree in management, business, or a related field.
• Previous experience working within a digital agency environment.
