What you will do
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to SOW and internal audit standards.
- Monitor project budgets, scope, and risks, implementing change requests and mitigation strategies as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating technical constraints into business value.
- Prioritize requirements and maintain the product backlog to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, monitoring team health and motivation.
- Support pre-sales activities, including estimations and proposal preparation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management within the software development industry.
- Proven experience working in an outsourcing/agency environment is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams (Developers, QAs, BAs, Architects).
- Exceptional English (C1/C2 level) required.
- Expert-level knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Technical literacy with understanding of API integrations, SDLC, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM/PSM II) certifications.
- Experience with low/no-code automation tools.
- Background in identifying up-selling opportunities.
