What you will do

• Oversee the entire delivery and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and beyond the brief.
• Lead resource planning and availability across the office and network, collaborating with department leads.
• Establish and manage high-functioning cross-functional teams across different locations.
• Take responsibility for project estimation, planning, and overall profitability.
• Manage project communication and progress using tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools: Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack, or MS Teams.
• Experience adapting project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Ability to lead teams and conduct client meetings.
• Must be based in San José, Costa Rica.
