What you will do

  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage project execution, including timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Monitor team performance and remove blockers to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams in an international environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and SDLC.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
