What you will do

• Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules while tracking milestones and risks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, product, legal, and compliance.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain accurate documentation for stakeholders.
• Promote Agile best practices to improve delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience managing projects or marketing initiatives.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico (On-site).

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AI tools to optimize workflows and research.
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, PSM I, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
