What you will do
- Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects from planning through execution.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules while tracking milestones and risks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, product, legal, and compliance.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain accurate documentation for stakeholders.
- Promote Agile best practices to improve delivery processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience managing projects or marketing initiatives.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico (On-site).
Nice to have
- Proficiency with AI tools to optimize workflows and research.
- Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, PSM I, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
- Experience in regulated industries like Financial Services or Healthcare.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms.
