Location: Remote or Hybrid in Spain. Must be eligible to work in Spain.

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of Business plan accounts, ensuring high retention and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct structured onboarding and data-backed business reviews to drive product adoption.
- Act as a product expert, demoing AI Agent capabilities and advising customers on relevant use cases.
- Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities within the account portfolio.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to surface feedback and solve technical issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both required).
- Eligibility to work in Spain.
- Strong analytical habits and comfort using data to drive customer conversations.
- Confidence in running live demos, reviews, and negotiations.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI products, automation tools, or the conversational AI/chatbot space.
- Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms.
- Experience managing high-value enterprise or upper mid-market accounts.
- Knowledge of CS metrics such as NRR, churn rate, and health scores.

Hiring process
