What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of small accounts in the Italian market.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and regular meetings.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to improve retention and reduce churn.
  • Guide customers on new features and best practices to ensure product value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve product processes.

Requirements

  • Native-level Italian proficiency is required.
  • Good level of English (B2 or higher).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or customer success.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently via phone, video, and written channels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to track interactions and activities.
