What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of small accounts in the Italian market.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and regular meetings.
- Identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
- Develop and implement account strategies to improve retention and reduce churn.
- Guide customers on new features and best practices to ensure product value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve product processes.
Requirements
- Native-level Italian proficiency is required.
- Good level of English (B2 or higher).
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or customer success.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently via phone, video, and written channels.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to track interactions and activities.
