TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive (SaaS): Driving enterprise growth in the French market by managing the full sales cycle for travel and spend management solutions with an accent on consultative selling and strategic outbound prospecting. Focus on building relationships with C-level stakeholders, navigating complex digital transformation projects, and leveraging AI tools to optimize pipeline management and deal velocity.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office). Relocation support available.

What you will do

  • Proactively self-generate pipeline through cold calls, strategic outreach, and networking across France.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing enterprise deals.
  • Present product demos and articulate the value of digital transformation to C-level stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences in France.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and internal teams to refine sales best practices.
  • Actively leverage AI tools for account research, outreach, and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and French proficiency required.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or tech sectors.
  • Ability to independently source and close enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona or willing to relocate.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and sales automation tools.
