What you will do

• Lead business requirement sessions and workshops to document to-be business processes leveraging industry best practices.
• Analyze and collect supply chain data from ERP systems, PLM, and databases to enable business processes.
• Develop project-specific technical design documents and manage a team of Architects and Consultants.
• Identify and apply mathematical models, predictive methods, and optimization algorithms to provide business insights.
• Generate forecasts and operational plans using data analytics.
• Mentor Solution Architects, Junior Analysts, and Business Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in logistics.
• Experience with supply chain planning systems and exposure to ERP tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools like SQL Server and MySQL.
• Knowledge of SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar analytical techniques and data mining.
• Must be based in the United States.
