What you will do

• Lead cross-functional improvement projects to optimize planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to improve workflows and operational transparency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate operational challenges into practical solutions.
• Utilize data-driven process optimization to ensure sustainable performance improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Operational Excellence, Logistics, or Continuous Improvement.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, or D365, and supply chain planning tools.
• Must be based in or able to work in Sevenum, Netherlands.
• Experience managing stakeholders and projects within an international, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytical tools including Power BI, SQL, or Python.
