What you will do

• Partner with Sales to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to S&OP through demand forecasting, product segmentation, and capacity planning.
• Monitor and improve financial performance through P&L analysis and cost optimization.
• Manage pricing strategies, prepare quotations, and ensure commercial effectiveness.
• Develop business intelligence reports using Power BI to track performance and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with product management concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
