Associate Product Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to identify new business opportunities, support profitable growth, and expand market share.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to align execution and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to S&OP through demand forecasting, product segmentation, and capacity planning.
• Monitor product-line financial performance through P&L analysis, cost optimization, and profitability initiatives.
• Support pricing strategy by preparing quotations and managing price structures.
• Develop business intelligence reports and analyze market and competitive trends to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with product management concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are required. Attention to detail and the ability to work cross-functionally are also required.
