What you will do

• Define target markets, strategic positioning, business strategies, and account strategies for laser chip products.
• Maintain laser chip products and drive teams toward cost and margin targets.
• Create, maintain, and release technical datasheets and product documentation.
• Manage customer sample requests, engineering sample logistics, shipments, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate product releases, changes, and phase-outs through Product Change Notices and Product Discontinuation Notices.
• Collaborate with sales, FAEs, customers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver product objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent Japanese required.
• Business-level English required, at TOEIC 800 level or intermediate and above.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• More than five years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in product lifecycle management, sales, or field applications engineering.
• Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, team organization, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in demand forecasting and pricing.
• Experience in design-in activities.
