Factory Product Manager (Compressed Air): Managing the marketing lifecycle of compressed-air products from customer needs analysis and master specifications through pricing, development, and market introduction with an accent on product strategy, localization, and market alignment. Focus on improving product ranges through field feedback and competitor analysis, maintaining CPQ, CCP, and PIM data accuracy, and supporting sales through product training and application guidance.
Location: On-site in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China

What you will do
- Collect and interpret customer needs and convert them into master specifications for new product development.
- Manage the marketing side of product development projects from feasibility and specifications through market introduction, within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Implement product pricing strategies and support and multi-brand product lines.
- Organize product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, events, and marketing publications.
- Support customer centers with product and application training, product selection, pricing, and sales guidance.
- Maintain accurate product data across CPQ, CCP, and PIM systems and use market, application, competitor, and product-performance analysis to improve the product range.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in an international environment.
- Good knowledge of the compressed air industry.
- University degree or higher in mechanical engineering or an equivalent field.
- Fluency in Chinese and a good command of English are required.
- Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, commercial understanding, and self-starting skills.
- Regular travel within the region is required.
