What you will do

• Drive lean and six sigma activities to eliminate waste and reduce process variation.
• Apply and deploy hirify.global Lean Enterprise Values across the organization.
• Initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, and cost-saving activities.
• Conduct industrial engineering and lean training to accelerate continuous improvement culture.
• Perform operational assessments in supply chain and office environments to close performance gaps.
• Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and small group activities.

Requirements

• Typically requires 5 years of related experience.
• Engineering Degree (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong management skills with technical experience in Finance, HR, Materials, and Operations.
• Ability to comprehend strategic impacts across multiple sites.
• Must be available to travel up to 30%.
