Executive Vice President Business Operations (Construction Operations)

What you will do

• Own operational performance across construction and maintenance activities, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
• Translate business strategy and backlog into executable plans, aligning labor, equipment, and resources with growth opportunities.
• Define and optimize KPIs covering safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and margins.
• Standardize processes, systems, and operating practices to improve efficiency, scalability, reliability, and consistency across regions and business lines.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to support seamless transitions from sales to execution and maintain strong client relationships.
• Build and develop high-performing frontline leaders while reinforcing accountability, trust, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant leadership experience in construction, maintenance, or industrial services.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and scaling execution.
• Strong knowledge of operational systems, technical processes, target markets, and the competitive landscape.
• Strong strategic planning, execution, communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and operational performance management.
