What you will do

• Own day-to-day operational execution across construction and maintenance projects.
• Ensure all operations meet safety, schedule, and budget standards.
• Standardize and automate processes to improve efficiency and scalability across regions.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, and margins.
• Develop and coach high-performing frontline leaders to foster a culture of accountability.
• Align labor, equipment, and resources with business backlog and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required.
• 10–15 years of relevant leadership experience in construction, maintenance, or industrial services required.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and scale execution.
• Strong strategic planning and continuous improvement experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Geismar, Louisiana.
